Last night when I got home from school, I found a giant water fountain in front of my house. I guess some workers were trying to fix a fire hydrant, but the pipes were so old when they tried to turn the water off it broke and did this! Daddy says our infrastructure is crumbling, and hopefully this is a shovel-ready project if there was ever one, whatever that means...
