Nice long weekend!
Wow, what a nice weekend! We did so much I don't even know where to begin! Well my mom bought a jogging stroller so I can go with her on her runs now so we tried that out on some trails along the Potomac River while dad rode his bike. We also went to Rock Creek Park and had a picnic and saw the sites. I even got to see some of the Indy 500 with my dad!

Big eyes!
Every so often, I see something so unique and so new that it completely takes me by surprise. Tonight, just as this picture was taken, that very thing happened. Tonight, I saw my daddy pick up the dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher! Can you freakin' believe it?!?

Lounging
Well last night I wasn't feeling to good to say the least after my day at the doctor; despite all the holding and cuddling my mommy gave me I just wasn't up to my usual happy antics. So... my dad came home from work and gave me some red liquidy stuff and stuck inside my cheek. Wow, things were all good after that and I just kicked back the rest of the evening!

May 12th - 2 months old!
Today I am 2 months old! I went to the doctor this morning and I weigh 10lbs 13 oz and am 22 1/2 inches long. I had a good time and was laughing and telling the doctor how great the first 2 months with my mommy and daddy were until a nurse came with some needles. That I didn't like to much and I heard I have to do it again in another 2 months? Not sure about that, but my mommy held my hands the whole time and comforted me afterwards so I am feeling better now and was ready to smile again for the camera!

I can't believe this!
I am really suprised at this, but if you do a Google search for my name ("Colin Griffin"), guess what the #1 response is? That's right! Me! Isn't that amazing?
I still want to hear from my visitors. Post a comment or send me an email! I hope to hear from all my visitors!

A message from my daddy...
I am going to post a message from my daddy:
Greetings everyone! Colin was kind enough to allow me to post a message on his site. As some of you may know, I recently accepted the challenge of cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event. I will be doing a 100 mile ride (a "century") on June 12th because I believe in and support the Association's mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. I have had family affected by this disease, as I am sure many of you have as well.
You, too, can help by supporting my fund-raising efforts with a generous contribution. Your tax-deductible gift will make a difference to more than 18 million Americans who are affected by diabetes and another 20 million who are at risk for developing diabetes. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause - you can make your donation online by simply clicking on this link here or at the bottom of this post.
Whatever you can give will help! I greatly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress. The more I raise, the easier it will be for me to make that 100 miles! To find out more information on our Tour de Cure, please visit tour.diabetes.org.
Thanks!
Eric

Smiley Man!
Laughing and smiling is so much fun, especially when my grandma tells me funny stories of my dad when he was my age!

Soft and cozy belly!
Nap time on daddy's belly after working on the yard; daddy and grandpa did a great job so now I have grass to play on! Meanwhile my mommy and grandma planted pretty flowers around the house. Stay tuned for the results!
