SNOW!

Did you see all the snow we got this weekend? I got to shovel for the first time and learn how to make snowballs!

I thought the snow was really neat, but it is kind of cold and I really don't like wearing mittens on my hands so I didn't last too long outside. So after awhile I went back inside and watched from the window.

I'm flying!

One of my favorite things to do is to have my daddy throw me really high and then land on the bed of pillows. We got some action shots of me flying. Can you believe how high I got? Wow I look like a super hero. If I only had a costume and cape...hmm

A warm and bubbly bath!

What a great day to take a nice warm bath. I got some Sponge Bob Square Pants bubbles and now baths are even more fun. You haven't seen me in the bathtub in awhile - I have got lots of new toys. I have a car wash and a race track. The bath tub is getting really full!

Another cold week so I had to do all my playing inside. I did lots of coloring (trying to keep it on the paper) and I did a lot of driving. I turned my chair upside down and used it as my command post and would drive my cars all over the house.

I have had the green car for a long time and I am pretty good at driving so I stepped it up and got a faster car. My daddy is really good at it so I have been watching him to get the hang of it. Do you like my backpack?

It's Cold!

I was wondering where winter was. but here is is! There is no outside playtime for me this weather is for the penguins!

Another warm day in January?

I was so excited that we got to spend the whole day outside because it was warm and sunny! So of course we went to the park. It was crowded and I had tons of fun running around and playing. By the end of the day I was so tired that I asked if I could go to bed!

The Maze!

I go to this place called Results where my mommy would workout and I would go and play. The maze was my favorite part of going to the gym. I climb all the way to the top and then slide down. I also love the teachers there and made lots of friends that I see in my neighbor hood now.

Our first snow of 2007!

Look we got snow in DC! Not only was it really cold outside this weekend, but we got snow. This was me just in the beginning of it. We got lots more as the day went on and it is still coming down. I wonder if i will have to go to school tomorrow? Maybe we can go sledding? I tried to catch all of the snowflakes with my hands and tounge, but there are just so many:)

A special visitor!

I had another visitor this weekend from Chicago - Cathy! I have been to her house many times, but this time she came all the way to my house! I gave her a tour of my city and my neighborhood. I took her to the parks where I play and hang out. We had so much fun on our 3 day weekend!

Playing with my toys

It was such a warm weekend in January with no coats so we spent most of our time outside, but of course I had to show off all my toys - new and old! She couldn't believe all my cool toys!

back to school

I wanted to give you an update that I made it through my first week back to school and my mommy back to work. It was rough and all getting back to the routine, but I am a tough little man as you can see from this picture. The great thing about school is I get to see all my friends and teachers who love me, but the bad thing is that i don't see my mommy as much. We are doing ok though!

So luckily my daddy is so good at taking pics that he set this up without anyone taking it! So we have everyone in this picture and what a great Chirstmas I had with them!

I Can Sleep Anywhere!

It was another nice day today, though not as great as yesterday. Daddy and I went for a ride on the bike. We saw all sort of stuff as we rode around Capitol Hill. It wasn't all that long of a ride (daddy is a little out of shape) but I still was tired enough that I fell asleep before we got home. How cool am I - I can sleep anywhere!

Daddy thinks its funny

He got a big kick out of me falling asleep when we went for a ride today. But who do you think looks more ridiculous - me asleep in my bike seat or my daddy in his spandex bike outfit?

The Zoo

It it January and I just went to the zoo! It was 70 degrees outside and everyone was there including my Aunt Donna! We were looking at stingrays, but I saw all sorts of stuff like Pandas and elephants, turtles, sea lions, and kitty cats that were really big! The best part was just being outside when I am supposed to be wearing my snowsuit!

Christmas Week

My Christmas was great with all the visitors. We played with my new toys and saw the train at Union Station. I love riding up high on my Auntie Cora and Uncle Jim's shoulders - I can see everything from up here!

Happy New Year!

It is 2007 and we are starting the new year off right with some exericse. We got a bike seat for me for Christmas so I can finally go biking with my daddy! Wow this is so cool - I get to see all the action from up high, and a lot faster than my jogger!

With the new year I think it is time for a new look to my blog. I am going to try out some things this week, and hopefully find a new look I like. Feel free to comment!

Opening Presents!

The Caterpillar Light & Sound Bulldozer was on my "list" so I was really excited when I got to open it. I patiently waited as Aunt Cora and Uncle Jim opened it!




When there wasn't a present for me I helped everyone open their gifts. Ooh looks like Grandma got some PJ's!
