Tree Climbing!

I did a little tree climbing with a little help, but once I got the hang of it I was doing pretty good and was really high!

 

Game Night!

Game night starts with Monopoly and ends with Monopoly.  Yes we played Trouble, Candy Land, Operation, 5 Little Monkeys, and Pokemon, but Monopoly is the best! 

Making some aliens!

There was a lot of serious alien making this weekend!  I worked really hard to make the best aliens ever!

Baseball Night

Always fun to catch a Nats game. Daddy and I went because it was Peace Corps Night at the game. We got to see a lot of cool flags and hang out with his coworkers. Playing in the huge play area was my favorite part!

Playdates and Parties!

Even thought I am back to school I still have a lot of fun on the weekends! Yes, I am hanging out with the girls!!!!

Beach Fun!



What a great day at the beach.  I loved playing in the waves and building sand castles!

2nd Grade Day 2

And I was off.....ready for day 2.   There is more homework, more stuff to learn, but I think 2nd grade is ok.   But... I still like recess the best!

Who is in 2nd grade?

Who is starting 2nd grade today?  This guy!  I was a little nervous but I was ready to go.  I had a great summer but it is time to see my friends, make new ones, and learn stuff!

Last day of summer

 My last day of summer and I spent some time at the pond looking for frogs and all kinds of cool stuff with my new friend! 

 

My desk!

Today I went to orientation at my school for 2nd grade and I got to meet my new teacher and saw my desk!  This year I get my own desk!  I am a little nervous, but excited for Monday!  Go KP!

Snuggle Time!

Playdates!

 are the best, especially with Ryan!  We always have so much fun because we have a lot in common.  We like the same things!  We like to pretend to be super heroes like a Power Ranger, Spiderman, or a Jedi!  I sure hope Ryan is in my 2nd grade class.  I will find out Friday!

Back to School Shopping!

I did some back to school shopping today and got some new shoes at the Nike store.  Here is me trying them out while playing some soccer!   And yes I STILL like to ride the rides at the mall!   It was a fun shopping day and on the way home Animal (my new friend) and I took a nap.  "IN CONTROL"                  

Air and Space Museum!

Today we went to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum!  I wore my swimsuit because the plan was to go to a water park, but it is raining.  So instead we saw some awesome planes and even Optimus Prime!!!

Just Dance at Camp!

 I danced hard at camp today!  I even did the sprinkler!

The Great Zucchini!!

 It's been a long time since I have seen the famous Great Zucchini, but he is still really funny! I got to go to a birthday party where he was performing his show and he called me up to help him with some of his tricks!

Camp Olympics!

My team got the gold in camp olympics this week!  And yes I didn't just jump in the picture I was on the red team!

Field Trip to Smith Nature Center!

What an awesome day to go play in the creek!  The last time I was here was for school and they didn't let us do this!  We got to hunt for crawfish and have races like we are in the Olympics!
