Third Haircut

Got my third ever haircut this weekend. This time it got cut really short. My daddy says I look like a kid straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting, whatever that means. I was getting ready for bed and was telling my parents it was time for a snack when they took this pic of me and my short hair!

Trip to Arlington

My Bestefar came to visit me from Chicago this weekend! Our first trip was to Arlington Cemetary! Check out that view and how high we are!

It was quite a hike around the cemetary. I chose the stroller for the walk up! Once we got to the top we could see all of DC. On the way down I just ran down the hills - it was so fun!

More circus fun!

The "Best Show on Earth"

That is what they call it! The best part of the circus was that we got to walk around and meet eveyone and see their tricks before the show even started! I got to sit on daddys shoulders so I could see the elephants, clowns, and acrobat tricks up close!

Popcorn!

Another great thing my daddy thinks about the circus is all the yummy snacks. We polished off this whole box of popcorn and a hotdog! I sat in my seat for most of the circus which is unusual for me, but it was so neat and there was so much to look at. The music and dancing was cool too!

New Tools to Fix Dad's Bike

My daddy bought me a new tool set - a neato Bob the Builder tool belt and tools. It has a hammer, wrench, screwdriver, pliers, and ruler. It may not be a nice set of Park Tools, but I used them on his bike already!

Daddy said he needed to take his bike in to his bike shop, Capitol Hill Bikes, for a tune-up. I thought I would save him the trip. Do you think I got the job done good enough?

Party time!

We had a party at our house and I even had someone to show my toys to. I tried to be good at sharing since she was a lot younger than me. I really like babies! I also got to pass out beers - I wonder who this beer is going to? Maybe when I am older I will have a koozee too? For now I am good with my juice box.

Keeping warm

After my nice warm and bubbly baths I love wrapping up in Grandma's towel and snuggling with my daddy.

Happy Easter!

The Easter Bunny came and brought lots of good stuff! I got to meet him and give him a high five! He also brought lots of games and toys. It was a little cold outside. but we had fun!

Easter Egg hunt

I went on an Easter Egg hunt in my neighborhood! The Easter buuny came and dropped all these eggs in the park and all the kids got to pick them up. I got 4 and inside them was candy! I was lucky enough to get a gold coin in one of them and got to pick out a prize! I chose a sword!

Cool Guy!

I got new sunglasses and I really like wearing them! Once I put them off you can't get them off me because I am super cool and it keeps the sun out of my eyes....

My bike!

I am getting really good on my bike. And I know always to wear my helmet! I also like
working on my bike and making sure everything is just perfect before I go for a ride just like my daddy does!

Me and Grandpa

I showed Grandpa around my neighborhood. We took a walk and I showed him where everyone lives and what I like to do.

Happy St Patricks Day!

I got to celebrate by going to a parade! Look at all the neat stuff I saw! The men in the little cars was my favorite oh and the music. I love clapping my hands and dancing to the band!

My Grandma and Grandpa came for my birthday weekend celebration and we got to go to a St Patricks Day Parade! We had such a fun weekend of playing and celebrating my big 2!

Opening Gifts

I know what this gift thing is all about now! I see some wrapping paper and some boxes stacked up and I know they are for me! They are "mine" I like to say. I tore into them and squealed with excitement to find out what was inside. I can't wait to show you all the neat things that I got!
